PHIL:
The original action packed party with “the funny man” in yellow dungarees! Expect bubbles, magic show, puppets, clowning, disco, parachute, snow foam, snow ball fights, crazy games, crazy props; 100% WOW, 100% fun! Includes break for food.
PHIL + venue:
The same two hour show. We book the hall and Phil helps you set up and down; chairs and tables remain set up in same place all day. 20 mins set up time and 15 mins set down time. £20 off your entertainment plus discounted room booking cost.

The Turbo party is based directly on the winning formula of a Phil party and has the same elements: tricks and a show full of giggles, puppets, disco, music and lights, snow ball fight, parachute and crazy props, and ending with snow foam! The 2 hours includes a 25-30 min break for food.

UV GLOW:
– one hour of epic GLOW entertainment: UV magic show, UV disco, 100s of pieces of UV dress up for the kids, UV epic games, UV snow ball fight, UV crazy props; followed by 45 mins of food in a dedicated party room with on site catering.
– all held at Leisure at Cheltenham in a special day-light free room to make the UV look amazing!
– included in package: room booking, entertainer and activities, glow sticks and simple UV face paint for each child. The food cost is an additional cost per child and the menu is on the UV page on our website. Leisure Centre members get a discount on their food cost.

Follow these steps:

• Book in using the button at the top of the page.
• We will send you a booking confirmation which includes an invoice to pay your initial payment, which is due within a week.
• You will receive a second invoice for your final payment a month before the party date, due direct to your entertainer, by two weeks before the party.
• We act as a staffing agency, so the initial payment is an agency payment direct to us, and the second payment is for your entertainment. Both payments are by direct debit and the bank details for both payments are listed in your booking confirmation email, so keep it safe!
• The initial/agency payment is due within 5 days of booking and is around £100-130 (it differs depending on several factors!); the entertainer payment is due by 14 days before the party. We are happy to wait a few days if you are still waiting on final numbers and need to pay for balloons, but you will start getting friendly chasing emails by 7-10 days before the party!

• UV bookings are a slightly different process. We also pass your details over to Leisure at Cheltenham when you book, and they contact you to take your food order, which you confirm by the week before the party and pay over the phone. More info on UV booking process here.

The entertainer arrives about 45 minutes early for parties and need about 30 minutes to set down. They need power if they are to use their snow machines, bubbles and lights. They needs some kind of shade or covering for the set if they are doing an outdoor party and it is possible it may rain or be very hot.

For UV parties, you may go up to the food room just before your food slot (while the children are enjoying the end of the UV disco) to set up a few simple decorations, but you don’t need these.

For Phil + Venue days you have 20 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to set down. Phil will already have all your chairs and tables out ready for you to lay them if you wish. You should only need to bring in any food into the kitchen, party bags etc, dress the tables if you wish, and put up some simple decorations if you want to. Phil’s lights really fill the space so you don’t need a huge amount of decoration.

Premium Phil Parties: Phil has material for age 2, age 3, age 4, age 5-6 and age 7+. Phil also does age 8 or 9 parties and has great feedback, but he uses all his biggest tricks in a row for these parties, so if they have already seen him that year, the tricks will be a repeat, so this is best if it’s a class group who haven’t seen Phil as much.

Turbo Party:

UV party: We have two parties, one aimed at age 3-6 with magic show, games and disco, and one aimed at age 7-9 with epic games and disco and no magic show. We have also done age 10 parties and if you think the group of children would enjoy this format of party, it can be very successful for this age too.

Bubbly party with Harriet: Aimed at ages 1-6 or 7, with ages 1-4 having sensory trays with a variety of fun activities available for them when they arrive.

Phil’s parties are suitable for up to 45 children for his regular package, or unlimited numbers of children for a bespoke package – message us for more info. Turbo and Harriet parties are suitable for up to 40.

UV is limited to 30 due to the catering at the leisure centre.

VIP parties – send us an email if you want to talk in more detail but for younger ages (5-7) then 10-12 is maximum number, mainly because our entertainer needs enough time to get round everyone one at a time to give them a bit of help with their slime. If the children are a bit older (age 8+) then the party works for a larger number, 12-16.

We don’t do themed parties or dress up as any specific character, but if you want to theme your party with fancy dress for the children or your decorations, cake, party bags and food centre pieces this is a great way to do it.

Venues:

For UV parties, and Phil plus venue days, the venue is fixed as either Leisure at Cheltenham (UV), or the Reddings Community Centre/Emmanuel Network Church for Phil.

For all other parties we don’t provide the venue, you source it yourself. It could be a village hall, church hall, pub, it can be worth checking with your school whether they would hire out their hall, or of course, there is always the option to hold it at home. If you are holding it at home you just need to be mindful to invite the appropriate number of children that will fit in the space!

Catering:

For all parties apart from UV at the Leisure Centre, we do not provide food.

Party Bags:

You are able to purchase balloon models for each child for Phil parties, Harriet parties and UV parties only. These are balloons and if children are rough with them, balloons do pop! The entertainers are always happy to make a couple more at the end of the party. For UV parties, be aware that the children are given their balloons at the end of their hour’s UV party, after which they go through to have food, which gives them 45 minutes to eat together holding their balloons, and some may pop.
