Delight the children with an action packed UV hour filled with magic tricks, crazy games, disco, cool UV props and puppet. Every child will have a chance to try on our epic UV dress up for the party (or come wearing your own!), and will have the option to go home with glow stick, UV face paint dots and an optional balloon model. Cotswold Children’s parties entertainment always includes a snow ball fight, but with our UV parties this becomes a neon multicolour GLOW BALL fight!

The format is: welcome and dress up, followed by UV magic show, ending with the epic games and disco.

Parties are held on weekends at either:

12:30-1:30pm UV entertainment and 1:30-2:15pm food
2-3pm UV entertainment and 3-3:45pm food
3:30-4:30pm UV entertainment and 4:30-5:15pm food

The UV party without catering costs £215.

This cost covers:

• An hour of non stop entertainment and magic with your party entertainer.
• Glow sticks and simple UV face paint.
• UV dress up to borrow during the party.
• Room hire
• 30 minutes in the Leisure at Cheltenham party room to serve your birthday cake only.

The UV party with catering costs £175 plus food cost below.

This cost covers:

• An hour of non stop entertainment and magic with your party entertainer.
• Glow sticks and simple UV face paint.
• UV dress up to borrow during the party.
• Room hire
• 45 minutes in the Leisure at Cheltenham party room to serve from any one of their fantastic packages below.

For UV reactive balloon model swords, given out towards the end of the party, it costs £1.50 per child.

To book and pay, follow this process:

1. Use the contact us page or email hello@cotswoldchildrensparties.co.uk to check the availability for your chosen date, then go here to book.
2. We will send you a booking confirmation and invoice for your deposit within 48 hours of receiving the booking form.
3. Check all the details on the form are correct, that you are happy with the T’s and C’s and pay the deposit by BACS. Please note, because the food is made in advance, in the event of a cancellation you would have to pay the full food cost.
4. The Cheltenham Trust will contact you directly to arrange your food order. They will arrange to take payment for the food over the phone one to two weeks before the party.
5. One week before the party, make the final payment via bank transfer to the bank details sent out in your booking email.

The options begin at just £5.50 per child for an ice cream sundae party, or £7.95 for a hot meal for each child, served buffet style. Don’t forget there is £40 taken off the cost of your food when you choose the food option, so the final cost for the party works out at £175 plus food.

If you would like to serve your birthday cake and give out your party bags in the food room this is another great option. This costs £215 in total. It is not possible to bring any other food to the leisure centre, only your birthday cake may be served. You may want to bring serviettes to serve the cake on, but the Leisure Centre will provide you with a knife to cut the cake and will still take care of cleaning the room for you after the party.

The party is suitable for up to 30 children who are eating, due to the capacity of the food room. If your guests bring siblings who are not eating you do not need to include these in the numbers and they can stand around the side of the food room with the adults. For those who choose the UV balloon option, please bear in mind you either need to be careful when giving out balloons that siblings who are not counted in your numbers aren’t given a balloon, or you need to include all siblings in the balloon numbers that you give us beforehand to avoid upset children on the day!

There is plenty of space for adults to stay with their children for the party.

The parties are suitable for children age 3-10. Our magic show is best for children from aged 3 up to age 6 or 7, with older ages enjoying our epic UV games and disco with no magic show.

Included:

• An hour of epic UV entertainment, including magic, disco, puppet, props, and games.
• Dress up and UV face paint dots for each child.
• Room hire cost.
• Glow stick for each child. (These are on offer at the start with the dress up and face paint dots, so not all children choose to take one as some are happier without.)
• Party room and food, with your food costs payable to Leisure at Cheltenham.

You need to bring:

• A birthday cake
• Anything you’d like to decorate the food room with (not necessary)
• Party bags for your guests if you would like them

Optional:

• For £1.50 per child, each child will go home with a UV balloon sword, given out towards the end of the disco.

You can mention to your guests that if they wear white or neon colours, especially in cotton or polyester, then these are more likely to glow and look amazing in the lights. Don’t worry though, all your guests will be able to accessorise with our epic UV dress up box and UV face paint when they arrive, so soon you’ll all look incredible.
