PHIL:
The original action packed party with “the funny man” in yellow dungarees! Expect bubbles, magic show, puppets, disco, snow foam, snow ball fights, crazy games, crazy props; 100% WOW, 100% fun! Includes break for food.
PHIL + venue:
The same two hour show. We book the hall and Phil helps you set up and down; chairs and tables remain set up in same place all day. 20 mins set up time and 15 mins set down time. £10 off your entertainment plus discounted room booking cost.

UV GLOW:
– one hour of epic GLOW entertainment: UV magic show, UV disco, 100s of pieces of UV dress up for the kids, UV epic games, UV snow ball fight, UV crazy props; followed by 45 mins of food in a dedicated party room with on site catering.
– all held at Leisure at Cheltenham in a special day-light free room to make the UV look amazing!
– included in package: room booking, entertainer and activities, glow sticks and simple UV face paint for each child. The food cost is an additional cost per child and the menu is on the UV page on our website. Leisure Centre members get a discount on their food cost.

Follow these steps:

• Message us via email or the contact form and agree the time, date and location with us.
• We can pencil you in for a couple of days while you secure your venue.
• Once you have a venue, click here and fill in your booking details.
• We will send you a booking confirmation which includes an invoice to pay your initial payment, which is due within a week.
• You will receive a second invoice for your final payment a month before the party date, due by one week before the party.

• UV bookings are a slightly different process. We pass your details over to Leisure at Cheltenham when you book, and they contact you to take your food order, which you confirm by the week before the party and pay over the phone. More info on UV booking process here.

The entertainer arrives about 45 minutes early for parties and need about 30 minutes to set down. They need power if they are to use their snow machines, bubbles and lights. They needs some kind of shade or covering for the set if they are doing an outdoor party and it is possible it may rain or be very hot.

For UV parties, you may go up to the food room just before your food slot (while the children are enjoying the end of the UV disco) to set up a few simple decorations, but you don’t need these.

For Phil + Venue days you have 20 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to set down. Phil will already have all your chairs and tables out ready for you to lay them if you wish. You should only need to bring in any food into the kitchen, party bags etc, dress the tables if you wish, and put up some simple decorations if you want to. Phil’s lights really fill the space so you don’t need a huge amount of decoration.

Phil’s Epic Original Parties: Phil has material for age 2, age 3, age 4, age 5-6 and age 7+. If children haven’t seen him lots and lots before he can do age 8 or 9, but he uses all his biggest tricks in these parties so if they have already seen him that year they tend to find it less engaging.

UV party: We have two parties, one aimed at age 4-6 with magic show, games and disco, and one aimed at age 7-9 with epic games and disco and no magic show. We have done several age 10 parties and if you think the group of children would enjoy this format of party it can be successful for this age.

Bubbly party with Harriet: Aimed at ages 1-6 or 7, with ages 1-4 having sensory trays with a variety of fun activities available for them when they arrive.

Phil’s parties are suitable for up to 45 children for his regular package, or unlimited numbers of children for a bespoke package – message us for more info.

UV is limited to 30 due to the catering at the leisure centre.

We don’t do themed parties or dress up as any specific character, but if you want to theme your party with fancy dress for the children or your decorations, cake, party bags and food centre pieces this is a great way to do it.
